This simple and refreshing dessert is sure to be a hit, especially in the hot summer months. At the Powell Street Festival we served up Sunrise Original Tofu Dessert with the Matcha Green Tea Syrup, but you can come up with your own flavour combinations. Banana or Almond Tofu Dessert with chocolate sauce is one delicious option. Just pick you favourite tofu dessert flavour, your favourite ice cream sauces and toppings and you’re good to go!
Who would’ve thought? A chocolate cake made with tofu! By replacing the eggs and oil called for in the original recipe with a package of tofu dessert, you completely remove the cholesterol and drastically reduce the fat. Makes a great snack, or, when paired with a side dish or two, a complete meal. This recipe can easily be made on a Panini grill or on your BBQ. Feel free to substitute your favourite kebab fixings, such as cherry tomatoes, zucchini etc…

 Bored of plain old pizza with tomato sauce? Break out of the mold and substitute BBQ sauce to jazz up a standard dinner staple. If you like cilantro, a little sprinkled on top is a lovely complement to the flavours of the sauce.
