3 Step Stir Fry

Prep time: 2 mins   Cooking time:  5-10 mins  Servings: 4
 
      
 INGREDIENTS

  • Splash of vegetable oil
  • 3 cups frozen veggies (oriental/California mix)
  • 1 package Teriyaki or Szechwan Pete’s Tofu n’ Sauce (diced or strips)
  • ¼ cup Teriyaki or Szechwan sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 3 cups Rice

 
 
DIRECTIONS
 
1. In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat
2. Add frozen veggies, toss and cover to steam slightly
3. Add tofu and cook until warmed through.
4. Serve over rice or noodles
