2023 Sunrise Week at T&T Supermarket Stores
Contest Full Terms & Conditions 
  • Contest period is from September 8 – 14, 2023 and valid at all T&T Supermarket Stores in BC and AB & Osaka Supermarket Stores in BC only (the “T&T Stores“).
  • For a chance to win a Prize, before the Contest Closing Date, visit https://form.jotform.com/231575784806265 (the “Contest Link”) or scan the contest QR code printed on contest promotional materials in-store, to complete the online entry form by entering your required information (ex. Full Name, telephone number, valid email address, etc.)
    • To obtain one (1) entry, before the Contest Closing Date, purchase at least one (1) Featured Product (as listed below) and retain the purchase receipt.
    • Visit the Contest Link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Official Contest Entry Form.  Fully complete the Entry Form with all required information, which requires you to:
      • Enter your First and Last name, telephone number, postal code, and valid email address;
      • Provide a photo or a scan of a valid purchase receipt, clearly showing the T&T location, the date and time of transaction and the purchase of at least one (1) eligible purchase of any featured Sunrise product.  Receipts must be submitted in one of the following formats: .jpg. .jpeg, .png, or .pdf, with a max file size of 10 MB.
    • One (1) entry per valid purchase of one (1) Featured Product (as listed below).
    • Limit of one (1) person in a Household per day may submit the Entry (i.e. a valid receipt).
    • Keep your original RECEIPT. Receipts are not interchangeable after the fact. The photo of the receipt submitted with your entry is the receipts associated with that entry – whether mistakenly submitted by you or otherwise. Each RECEIPT is unique and can only be used one (1) time as an entry for this Contest.
  • All participants must be 19 years and older Canadian residents only.
  • All entry fields must be filled and only online entry forms are accepted.
  • Contest is not open to Sunrise or T&T Stores employees and family members.
  • There are six (6) Prizes available to be won during the Contest, consisting of:
    • 1 x Apple iPhone 14 128GB (FMV $1,099 CAD)
    • 1 x T-fal 3-in-1 Air Fryer (FMV $340 CAD)
    • 1 x MASTER Chef Round Dutch Oven 4.6L (FMV $250 CAD)
    • 3 x T&T Supermarket Gift Card (FMV $100 CAD each)
  • Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries during the Contest Period.
  • A random draw for six (6) Prizes will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 1:00 pm (PT) at the offices of Sunrise Soya Foods at 275 Woodland Drive, Vancouver, BC among all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. 
  • Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and will have to show proof of Canadian resident documents for claiming the prize.
  • Participant agrees to all terms & conditions when fill out the online Entry Form.
  • If prizes are unavailable or discontinued, Sunrise Soya Foods reserved the right to reward winner with a similar prize that is of equal or equivalent retail value.

  • 本活動于2023 年 9 月 8至14 日期間，在BC及AB省各大統華超級市場或BC省各大阪超級市場（簡稱「大統華」）進行。
