Ingredients
1 pkg | Sunrise Marinated Tofu , thinly sliced |
5 stalks | celery , thinly sliced |
300g | pork jowl , sliced |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tsp | chicken bouillon powder |
1 tbsp | Shaoxing wine |
½ tsp | ground white pepper |
1 tsp | sesame oil |
1 tsp | light soy sauce |
Directions
- Add 2 tbsp of oil into a wok or skillet on medium heat. Add sliced pork jowl and cook until it is 80% cooked and barely pink inside. Set aside.
- In the same wok or skillet, cook celery and sliced Sunrise Marinated Tofu. Toss for 2-3 minutes until celery has soften and tofu is golden brown. Add in pork jowl slices.
- Add in your seasonings (chicken bouillon powder, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, sesame oil, and light soy sauce).
- Toss for another 4-5 minutes until everything is well combined and the pork jowl is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
