    This Matcha Coconut Smoothie is great for breakfast, post-workout, or an afternoon snack. Once you try it, you’ll want to make it on repeat!

    Ingredients

    1 pkg Sunrise Coconut Flavour Tofu Dessert
    30g rolled oats
    50g plain yogurt (unsweetened)
    1 fresh banana
    5g matcha powder

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
    Tip

    Add some ice if you like it cold — it’s super refreshing for summer!
