    One bite of this Shredded Tofu Tostada, and your family will be begging for it on repeat!

    Ingredients

    1 pkg Sunrise Pressed Tofu , shredded
    1 cup white onion , diced
    1 tbsp neutral oil
    4 tbsp taco seasoning
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    6-8 tostada shells
    1 can refried beans
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 cup guacamole
    1 cup pico de gallo
    ½ cup cilantro (for garnish) , chopped
    lime wedge (optional)

    Directions

    1. On a non-stick skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped white onion with oil for 2-3 minutes or until onions are translucent.
    2. Add shredded Sunrise Pressed Tofu and taco seasoning and continue sautéing for another 30 seconds. Then add chopped tomatoes. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper, then turn off heat and set aside.
    3. On a tostada shell, spread refried beans on as the base. Then top with tofu mixture, pico de galo, guacamole, shredded lettuce, and cilantro. Squeeze lime on top.
