    Steamed Tofu and Prawns

    Ingredients

    1 pkg Sunrise Silken Tube Tofu
    10 medium size prawns , shells off, deveined, tails on
    Marinade
    2 tbsp garlic , minced
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    ½ tsp white pepper
    Garnish
    2-3 tbsp sesame oil
    cilantro (optional)
    green onions (optional)

    Directions

    1. Wash, rinse and drain shrimp.
    2. Combine marinade ingredients, add prawns and toss to coat. Refrigerate.
    3. Cut tofu into 10 slices.
    4. Place tofu into steaming dish, place shrimp on top of tofu, steam for 6-8 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
    5. Plate cooked tofu/shrimp on a platter and drizzle with sesame oil.
