    Perfect way to start the day or end a work out.

    Ingredients

    1 pkg Sunrise Soft Tofu , blended
    1 cup mixture of frozen fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mangos)
    3 cups spinach/ kale
    ½ cup liquid of your choice (almond milk, Sunrise Light Fortified Sweetened Soy Beverage, green tea)
    Optional
    1 tbsp protein powder
    1 tsp ground/whole chia seeds
    1 tsp hemp hearts
    1 tsp ground/whole flax seeds
    1 tsp meca powder

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
