|1 pkg||Sunrise Soft Tofu , blended|
|1 cup||mixture of frozen fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mangos)|
|3 cups||spinach/ kale|
|½ cup||liquid of your choice (almond milk, Sunrise Light Fortified Sweetened Soy Beverage, green tea)|
|1 tbsp||protein powder|
|1 tsp||ground/whole chia seeds|
|1 tsp||hemp hearts|
|1 tsp||ground/whole flax seeds|
|1 tsp||meca powder|
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
