Ingredients
1 pkg | Sunrise Soft Tofu , blended |
1 cup | mixture of frozen fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mangos) |
3 cups | spinach/ kale |
½ cup | liquid of your choice (almond milk, Sunrise Light Fortified Sweetened Soy Beverage, green tea) |
Optional
1 tbsp | protein powder |
1 tsp | ground/whole chia seeds |
1 tsp | hemp hearts |
1 tsp | ground/whole flax seeds |
1 tsp | meca powder |
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
