    Popcorn Tofu Nuggets

    1 pkg Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu
    2 cups Plain Kettle Cooked Potato Chips , crushed
    3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
    ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
    ½ cup Cornstarch
    ½ cup Sunrise Unsweetened Soya Beverage 1.89L
    1 tsp Smoked Paprika
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    Fresh Ground Pepper to taste


    1. Wrap tofu in paper towel and press excess water out by weighing down with a heavy pan for 10 minutes, removing as much liquid as possible.
    2. Combine crushed potato chips and nutritional yeast in a bowl and set aside.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients together in a medium size bowl to create a coating to dip the tofu in.
    4. Tear tofu into large bite-size chunks and place in bowl, stir to coat well. Then remove for coating and roll in chip mixture until evenly coated.
    5. Air Fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping over halfway through.

    Serve with sriracha mayo, sweet chili sauce or your favourite dipping sauce.
