|1 pkg||Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu|
|2 cups||Plain Kettle Cooked Potato Chips , crushed|
|3 tbsp||Nutritional Yeast Flakes|
|½ cup||All-Purpose Flour|
|½ cup||Sunrise Unsweetened Soya Beverage 1.89L|
|1 tsp||Smoked Paprika|
|1 tsp||Garlic Powder|
|2 tsp||Onion Powder|
|Fresh Ground Pepper to taste|
- Wrap tofu in paper towel and press excess water out by weighing down with a heavy pan for 10 minutes, removing as much liquid as possible.
- Combine crushed potato chips and nutritional yeast in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients together in a medium size bowl to create a coating to dip the tofu in.
- Tear tofu into large bite-size chunks and place in bowl, stir to coat well. Then remove for coating and roll in chip mixture until evenly coated.
- Air Fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
Serve with sriracha mayo, sweet chili sauce or your favourite dipping sauce.
