    XO Shrimp Tofu

    Simple and savoury, the oyster sauce and cilantro in this recipe complement the juicy prawns and smooth tofu.

    Ingredients

    1 pkg Sunrise Medium Firm Tofu , well drained and cut into cubes
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp XO sauce
    1 cup peeled shrimp
    1 tsp soy sauce
    ¼ tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    pinch of salt
    ¼ cup cilantro , chopped

    Directions

    1. In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
    2. Fry shrimp and XO sauce for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except for cilantro.
    3. Sauté by gently folding, so tofu will not break, for approximately 5 minutes.
    Tip

    You can find XO sauce in most Asian markets.
