Ingredients

1 pkg Sunrise Marinated Tofu , thinly sliced
5 stalks celery , thinly sliced
300g pork jowl , sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Add 2 tbsp of oil into a wok or skillet on medium heat. Add sliced pork jowl and cook until it is 80% cooked and barely pink inside. Set aside.
  2. In the same wok or skillet, cook celery and sliced Sunrise Marinated Tofu. Toss for 2-3 minutes until celery has soften and tofu is golden brown. Add in pork jowl slices.
  3. Add in your seasonings (chicken bouillon powder, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, sesame oil, and light soy sauce).
  4. Toss for another 4-5 minutes until everything is well combined and the pork jowl is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
