Soyganic Soft Tofu

Has a very smooth consistency and is rather delicate. It must be handled carefully to maintain its shape. Made using our organic soybeans, this tofu blends well into soups, dips, sauces, dressings and smoothies. It can also be used as a dairy or egg substitute for baking recipes.
