Loaded Tofu Supreme Wrap

Ingredients

1 pkg. Sunrise Seasoned Tofu , cut into 10 slices per block
3 large tortillas
1 avocado , smashed
2 tostada shells
½ cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Nacho cheese sauce
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese , shredded

Directions

  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread half the smashed avocado in the center, leaving space around the edges.
  3. Top with half the tofu slices and drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
  4. Place a tostada shell on top, then add half the sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
  5. Cut the third tortilla into quarters and place one piece over the filling. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla toward the center to form a sealed wrap.
  6. Place seam-side down in the pan and cook until golden and crisp. Flip and cook the other side. Slice in half and repeat with remaining ingredients.
