Loaded Tofu Supreme Wrap

Ingredients
| 1 pkg. | Sunrise Seasoned Tofu , cut into 10 slices per block |
| 3 | large tortillas |
| 1 | avocado , smashed |
| 2 | tostada shells |
| ½ cup | shredded lettuce |
| ¼ cup | diced tomatoes |
| 2 tbsp | Nacho cheese sauce |
| 2 tbsp | sour cream |
| ¼ cup | Monterey Jack cheese , shredded |
Directions
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread half the smashed avocado in the center, leaving space around the edges.
- Top with half the tofu slices and drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
- Place a tostada shell on top, then add half the sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
- Cut the third tortilla into quarters and place one piece over the filling. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla toward the center to form a sealed wrap.
- Place seam-side down in the pan and cook until golden and crisp. Flip and cook the other side. Slice in half and repeat with remaining ingredients.
