Ingredients
Curry
| 1 pkg. | Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu , cubed or crumbled |
| 3 tbsp | canola oil |
| 2 tbsp | tamari |
| 2 tbsp | curry powder |
| 1 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | fresh grated ginger |
| 3 | garlic cloves |
| ¼ cup | water |
Spicy
| 1 pkg. | Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu , crumbled or cubed |
| ¼ cup | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | sriracha hot sauce |
| 2 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 3 tbsp | lime juice |
| 1 tsp | smoked paprika |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic |
| ¼ cup | water |
Asian
| 1 pkg | Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu |
| 2 tbsp | tamari |
| 2 tbsp | hoisin sauce |
| 1 tbsp | toasted sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp | rice vinegar |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tbsp | grated ginger |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| ¼ cup | water |
Directions
Whisk everything together, then marinate crumbled or cubed tofu for at least 30 minutes, for the best flavour, marinate overnight.
