Tofu Spinach Dip

|1 pkg||Sunrise Medium Firm Tofu , blended|
|1 cup||water chestnuts , chopped|
|300g||frozen chopped spinach , defrosted|
|1 pkg||vegetable soup mix|
|1 cup||light mayonnaise|
- Put the tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer tofu to a medium bowl.
- Drain the water chestnuts and chop in food processor until coarsely chopped. Add spinach and pulse 2-3 times.
- Add the chestnuts, spinach, soup mix and mayo to the tofu and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Make it vegan by using vegan mayonnaise
